Cardholders must perform the transaction using a HSBC Card Credit Cards where the card
Cardholder must pay the advance fee of Rs. 100,000 from the customers Premier card
The minimum transaction value to be eligible for conversions under this Promotion shall be LKR 100,000/-
The Cardholders must request the transaction conversion via hotline on 0114 474472 within 30 days from the Credit Card transaction date
Bank will complete the submitted requests within 14 working days and Cardholders will be notified of the outcome via the registered mobile number held in HSBC system records
In case the Cardholder wishes to settle the flexi plan before the due period the Cardholder should inform HSBC via designated customer service hotline/Personal Internet Banking portal or in writing of his/her intention to close the flexi / CBC plan on the credit card account
Cardholders shall not hold HSBC responsible for or liable for, the quality of service or products provided by any of the suppliers or merchants, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges, and expenses that a Cardholder may suffer, sustain or incur by availing the flexi facility and/or for participating in this Promotion
HSBC reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions herein or terminate the Promotion at any given time at its absolute discretion
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by HSBC to conduct similar promotions in the future
The corresponding total amount equivalent to the credit card instalment plan shall be blocked from the Cardholders credit card and shall be charged in equal monthly instalments as per the tenure selected. The monthly credit card statement of the Cardholders will consist of the card instalment plan and in the event only the monthly minimum payment is made by the Cardholder, interest shall be charged in accordance with the terms and conditions of the general credit card terms and conditions of HSBC (the “Cardholder Agreement”)
The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms and conditions contained in the Cardholder Agreement, Card Balance Conversion facilities. This Promotion is by way of a special facility, and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement
In the event of any dispute regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herein, and/or in all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sri Lanka
